Although Pineapple Health is my sexual health partner, I consider Eric my Primary Doctor. My visits aren't just for HIV testing and Prep. Eric monitors my overall health and has set me on a path to control my blood pressure. I travel from a distance to visit the practice, but if that's impractical in a particular situation, i know I can call and speak to Jose,the medical coordinator who will pass the information onto Eric.
For those who worry about Eric being just an ARPN, and not an MD, don't let that worry you! I've found ARNPs to be more caring and have more time than an MD to do research on current topics. If they are unsure, they are undet an MD, and have quicker access to them than you would on your own+
